In this role, You will Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver business value through reliable services and well-maintained platforms by performing technical operations, configurations and deployment activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•Account Management: Provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifying user accounts across various systems. 

•Access Control: Administering group memberships, roles, and permissions. 

•Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing user access, auditing security configurations, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. 

•Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving access-related issues. 

•Documentation: Maintaining documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and security configurations. 

•Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of improved IAM processes. 

•Reporting: Generating reports and dashboards related to IAM metrics and compliance. 

•Collaboration: Working with other teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain IAM solutions. 

•Provides operational support and oversight for authentication/authorization services such as Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA), Active Directory, and Identity Management (IdM).

•Identifies and resolves gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant role in global Identity and access management environment

- ITIL certified

- BSc in IT or equivalent

    • Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users on access management best practices.


    Eligibility Criteria


    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in user access management or identity and access management, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment.
    • Strong understanding of UAM concepts.
    • Experience with audit and compliance frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce architect to lead our Salesforce data and Security team in driving innovation, best practices, and standardization of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, extensive experience in managing complex CRM projects, and a passion for optimizing business processes through technology.

    Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of administrators, developers, data and Security architects/leads in executing projects and initiatives related to Salesforce platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce features to streamline sales processes, improve customer service operations, and enhance user experience.
  • Manage user access, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for end-users to promote adoption of new features and functionalities within the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in the CRM space to recommend innovative solutions that align with business goals.
  • Managing a dedicated team for both Data and Security, including architects and developers to build scalable and modular architecture, to be leveraged across multiple Salesforce Orgs at Cencora.
  • Managing all Data and Security related aspects of the existing deployments while working towards standardizing the framework, by undertaking initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in areas such as Salesforce CRM implementation, business analytics and process improvement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Working closely with DevOps teams to ensure all the new projects/deployments are compliant to the overall Data and Security framework.
  • Monitoring the performance of existing solution and troubleshooting/mitigating any issues that arise due to evolving business/technology scenarios.
  • Documenting technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage ongoing customer data projects to deliver accurate data to a variety of teams, systems and processes across the business.
  • Managing and implementing tools/systems/processes needed to build and maintain robust data hygiene standards and overall data governance.
  • Managing multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a fast-paced business environment, and prioritizing work efforts to ensure projects stay on track to hit deadlines.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers across the enterprise.
  • Work to continually improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce development, data & security area.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
