In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across MUFG’s business. Under this arrangement, you will act and make decisions on behalf of MUFG Bank’s business, subject to the same remit and level of authority, and irrespective of the entity which employs you.
The candidate should have a good understanding of governance structures within the financial technology sector as well as knowledge of the key technical frameworks and audit requirements. In addition, the candidate is expected to have demonstrable communication and team-working skills. The candidate should also be willing to provide ad-hoc support to the wider MUFG teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert and the reference point for the Access Management team.
- Perform user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access.

- Closure of raised incidents

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Account Management: Provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifying user accounts across various systems.
•Access Control: Administering group memberships, roles, and permissions.
•Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing user access, auditing security configurations, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
•Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving access-related issues.
•Documentation: Maintaining documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and security configurations.
•Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of improved IAM processes.
•Reporting: Generating reports and dashboards related to IAM metrics and compliance.
•Collaboration: Working with other teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
•Provides operational support and oversight for authentication/authorization services such as Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA), Active Directory, and Identity Management (IdM).

The candidate should have a good understanding of governance structures within the financial technology sector as well as knowledge of the key technical frameworks and audit requirements. In addition, the candidate is expected to have demonstrable communication and team-working skills. The candidate should also be willing to provide ad-hoc support to the wider MUFG teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert and the reference point for the Access Management team.
- Perform user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access.
