Position details:

In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management across MUFGs business. Under this arrangement, you will act and make decisions on behalf of MUFG Banks business, subject to the same remit and level of authority, and irrespective of the entity which employs you.

The candidate should have a good understanding of governance structures within the financial technology sector as well as knowledge of the key technical frameworks and audit requirements. In addition, the candidate is expected to have demonstrable communication and team-working skills. The candidate should also be willing to provide ad-hoc support to the wider MUFG teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert and the reference point for the Access Management team.
  • Perform user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access.
  • Represent the team in meetings as required.
  • Innovative ideas to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of Access Review/Attestation Management
  • Folder access permissions
  • Privileged access controls
  • Closure of raised incidents
  • Handling queries related password resets, login issues etc.
  • Monitor the request queue, team mailboxes, review and follow SOP procedures to add, edit or delete specific accesses for specific systems as requested.
  • Respond to general questions about access requests.
  • Follow up with required approvers/stakeholders for approvals or clarifications through phone, email or tickets.
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Management Database. Record events and problems and their resolution in knowledge base/SOP.
  • Read and review the standard operating procedures and required training materials. Create additional documentation, as needed to support the process.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
  • Engage in knowledge transfer session for any newly on boarded application that comes under the scope of user access management.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Follow-up and update relevant trackers and systems.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the Team Leader
  • Creating KPIs for BAU processes
  • Experience with Active Directory group management.
  • Knowledge of least privilege methodology with access permissions

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years overall experience in IT audit, access management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT audit frameworks such as COBIT, SOX, ITAF, PCAOB, SOC-1, and SOC-2, along with knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security principles.

    Job Purpose:

    To ensure the security, and smooth administrative functioning of company premises by leveraging disciplined, leadership, and crisis management skills acquired through defense service.


    Job Requirements

    1. Retired Defense Personnel (Army / Navy / Air Force) – Graduation any stream
    2. Minimum 5-10 years of service experience with exposure to security and administrative roles in any Industries, after retirement from Defense.
    3. Prior experience in industrial or corporate security (desirable)
    4. Knowledge of Gujarati language (desirable)


    Mandatory Requirement

    EX Serviceman with experience in security and admin function of a manufacturing industry


    Key Responsibilities

    Security Management


    • Monitor and supervise security personnel deployed at all gates and premises.
    • Ensure implementation of access control, visitor management systems, and CCTV monitoring.
    • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
    • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or breaches and manage incident reporting.
    • Train and brief security guards on standard operating procedures, emergency protocols, and company policies.


    Administrative Support


    • Manage housekeeping, transport, and facility services as per organizational standards.
    • Maintain records of company assets, visitor logs, and staff movement.
    • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office supplies.
    • Support the onboarding process by managing ID cards, lockers, seating allocation, etc.


    Compliance and Documentation


    • Ensure security operations are compliant with statutory regulations and company policies.
    • Maintain documentation related to guard deployment, fire drills, asset movement, etc.
    • Assist in audits, inspections, and statutory reporting related to premises and safety.


    Discipline and Protocol


    • Uphold discipline among staff and Contractors within the premises.
    • Act as a liaison between management and external security agencies or government departments like Police, IB, CID etc.
    • Promote safety awareness and foster a secure work environment.


    Key Skills

    • Leadership and command presence
    • Strong sense of discipline and integrity
    • Excellent crisis and conflict management skills
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CCTV, and security systems
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
