In this role, You will Support IT Infrastructure Delivery organization to deliver business value through reliable services and well-maintained platforms by performing technical operations, configurations and deployment activities in a dynamic global IT Operations environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Account Management: Provisioning, deprovisioning, and modifying user accounts across various systems.
•Access Control: Administering group memberships, roles, and permissions.
•Auditing and Compliance: Reviewing user access, auditing security configurations, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
•Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving access-related issues.
•Documentation: Maintaining documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and security configurations.
•Process Improvement: Contributing to the development and implementation of improved IAM processes.
•Reporting: Generating reports and dashboards related to IAM metrics and compliance.
•Collaboration: Working with other teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain IAM solutions.
•Provides operational support and oversight for authentication/authorization services such as Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA), Active Directory, and Identity Management (IdM).
•Identifies and resolves gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
Manage and maintain user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls across multiple systems and applications.
Ensure compliance with Irish and EU banking regulations, including GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards.
Perform periodic access reviews and certifications to validate appropriate access levels.
Collaborate with HR, IT, PMO and business units to ensure timely updates to user access based on role changes, onboarding, and offboarding.
Support internal and external audits by providing access logs, reports, and documentation.
Identify and remediate access-related risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation for UAM processes and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users on access management best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of experience in user access management or identity and access management, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment.
Strong understanding of UAM concepts.
Experience with audit and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
