- During a session, this may include: ensuring all logistics are in place, all technology is delivered and functions, all activities are planned, all material is available
- After an experience, this will include: organizing the breakdown of the kit and its collection, writing up outcomes, completing the success story/credential write up, ensuring videos are completed and published, liaising with the scribe for any follow on activities
