Strategy & Analysis
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of data from platforms like Search Console, Ahrefs, Analytics, and SEMrush to derive actionable insights.
SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct regular GSC/SEMrush audits for SSSI, and other projects under the SSSI Marketing Umbrella to identify and fix issues. Lead keyword research for SSSI and other projects web blogs and web pages, ensuring content is optimized for search engines.
Target & Scorecard Management: Track and report on monthly digital marketing targets and achievements, including preparing and submitting monthly scorecards.
Competitor Analysis: Regularly analyze competitor lead trends and email journeys to identify best practices and opportunities.
SOP Development: Research and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for digital marketing processes.
Execution and Optimization
Website & Blog Management: Oversee and manage the upload and on-page changes for SSSI, and all other projects web blogs and webpages. Coordinate design changes for the websites.
Content & Creative Coordination: Manage content code approval and assignment processes. Coordinate with design and development teams for Core Web Vital improvements, design issues, feature implementations, and other technical fixes across various websites.
Paid Media Management: Create and manage Taboola Ads and oversee Google Ads (Display & Search) and Facebook Ads campaigns with proper reporting.
Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and delivery of Mailchimp emailers. Conduct email ID spam checks using Google Postmaster and manage email journey checks for competitors.
Link Building & Outreach: Conduct backlink audits using Ahrefs and SEMrush. Manage external agency tasks, updates, and backlink freelancers.
Social Media & Branding: Manage Whatsapp status/stories for the sales team. Work on increasing followers on Facebook and Instagram for SSSI and other brands.
