This is a full-time on-site role for a Web UI/UX Designer, located in Indore. The Web User Interface Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and responsive web designs. Day-to-day tasks include designing user interfaces, enhancing user experience (UX), and working on graphic design projects in collaboration with other team members and client. The designer will also ensure that design elements are consistent with the company’s branding.

Must have the ability to transform data-heavy or complex business screens into clean, simple, and modern interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and working with SVG assets.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design for web platforms.
• Ability to transform data-heavy or complex business screens into clean, simple, and modern interfaces.
• Strong visual design sense — layout, spacing, typography, color systems, and component consistency.
• Experience in designing dashboards, tables, filters, and control panels with clear visual hierarchy.
• Skilled at building design systems, reusable components, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to structure navigation, filters, and actions to enhance usability and reduce clutter.
• Comfortable working closely with product managers and developers to iterate quickly and refine designs.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect, developer-friendly designs.
