What you will do

We are looking for a customer-oriented Business Analyst to help deliver initiatives across Salesforce CRM sales cloud, SFDC CPQ and support Commercial applications within the EMEALA region sometimes with a global focus

How you will do it:

  • Work with business, BAs, delivery team & architects to define & document user stories, as-is & to-be business processes & functional requirements
  • Drive understanding of business value of requests to IT and push for max standardization & synergies across line of businesses in EMEALA & at enterprise level, driving adoption of OOTB functionality & global template design
  • Identify & capture integration points across project initiatives to ensure alignment across discrete applications including Salesforce, SFDC CPQ, Oracle CPQ & SMC. Support business & IT in bridging any gaps
  • Contribute to test strategy, defining acceptance criteria, test plan & test cases across test phases and complete initial spot checking UAT.
  • Support business change manager during roll out to ensure adequate communication, training & support is provided
  • Provide enhancement support. Triage new requests & set appropriate delivery expectations

What You'll Do
Work closely with customer to identify, analyse, validate and document business processes and functional requirements. Oversee proper implementation by providing functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between the customer business users and the project development and testing team.

  • Understand and document customer's functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance scenarios.
  • Specialize in Sapiens Coresuite application; Understand limitations and possibilities of the system and their implications on the business processes and functionality.
  • Initiate and oversee project solution design
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations on Product Features
  • Functional support to development teams in design processes
  • Functional support to the testing teams by preparing test scenarios and participate in system testing before releases to the customers
  • Write new requirements / User Stories documents, for new functionalities (CRs, new features, etc.).
  • Assist Sapiens RI 2nd and 3rd line support representatives in analysing and reproducing incidents reported by the customer.
  • Participate in training activities of employees and customers.
  • Support the TW with updating product documentation.

  • Experience required is minimum 4+ years.

  • Experience with information systems (such as ERP) at a super user level
  • Experience with Financial services / Systems. Excellent command of the insurance business (experience in the actuarial or insurance fields)– must, Reinsurance is advantage
  • Ability to match between customer functional requirements and application system options/functionalities in an efficient way.

Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, and implementation of process changes. As a subject matter expert, the Senior Business Process Analyst will support key initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration
  • Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools).
