**What we're looking for:**
+ Accountable for the maintenance planning activities for the Ankleshwar plant. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Operation & Maintenance of Utilities like Boilers, Air compressors, Cooling towers, Water Treatment Plant, Chillers etc.
+ Ensure that all members of the utility team play an active role in assisting the client in improving the energy usage and reducing waste across the site through continual improvement initiatives.
+ Coordinate and plan for all maintenance activities for the site, including Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Shut down activities.
+ Maintain the Contractor management program for the site to ensure all contractors are trained to work on site.
+ Ensure that the utilities are operated, maintained, distributed, and inspected in accordance with all internal and external standards, regulations and audits.
+ Ensure that the documentation is always up to date and both.
+ Ensure all maintenance/repair/certification records are well documented and archived.
+ Ensure all maintenance issues are recorded and participate in Root cause analysis (RCAs) on the events and issues learning.
+ Lead daily meetings with Operations and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize maintenance jobs.
+ Ensure all Plant systems are rigorously followed (Permit to work system, job safety analysis, risk assessment, Management of Change, Lockout)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote energy conservation practices and awareness.
+ Issue weekly/monthly report on overdue and outstanding Preventive Maintenance
+ Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
+ Coordinate all Statutory Maintenance activities like Boiler inspection etc.
+ Ensure daily Safety toolbox talk is carried out to send a strong safety reminder at the beginning of each day.
+ Serve as a champion for all safety improvement plans/ideas to raise safety engagement.
+ Basic understanding of energy management principles and sustainability practices.
+ Ensure timely compliance of Instruments Statutory Requirement
+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy use and sustainability efforts.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all energy-related inquiries and initiatives within the organization.
+ Ensure timely closure of Preventive and Maintenance work notification and its order in SAP S4 HANA
+ Accountable for spares inventory management Specific responsibilities include:
+ Ensure proper accounting of spares in SAP and other inventory accounting system.
+ Issue monthly Inventory report
+ Accountable to issue monthly Maintenance cost report. Specific responsibilities include:
+ Coordinate with Maintenance & Utility manager in Keeping track of monthly Utility & Maintenance costs (Mechanical and Civil) and issue monthly cost report.
+ Lead cost saving projects to reduce Utility/maintenance cost.
+ EHS/Statutory responsibilities:
+ To follow site EHS procedure and best practices, PTW, JSA.
+ Read and understand relevant procedure and perform the work safely.
+ Support site EHS in safety campaign, Safety observations to prevent the injuries.
+ Follow the site PSM procedure and implement the PSM culture.
+ Dealing with Local Boiler Authority, GIDC Department
**Required Knowledge/Skills:**
+ Demonstrate strong Safety leadership and good working knowledge on safe work practices and hazards.

Job Description:Client Engagement & Solution Design: Engage directly with clients to conduct needs assessments, gather technical requirements, and design robust Arc GIS Utility Network solutions tailored to their specific business needs (e.g., electric, gas, water). Turnkey Project Execution: Lead and execute all phases of Utility Network projects, from initial design and configuration to full implementation and deployment within client Arc GIS Enterprise environments. Data Migration & Integration: Architect and perform complex data migration from legacy GIS, CAD and other systems into the Utility Network. Develop and manage sophisticated ETL workflows for multiple clients with varying data schemas and quality. Managed Services & Administration: Provide ongoing remote administration, maintenance, and support for our clients' Utility Network deployments. This includes performance monitoring, utility network maintenance activities, data quality checks, version management, service publishing, and ensuring system uptime as part of our service level agreements (SLAs). Technical Leadership & Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provide expert-level user support, and develop advanced network analysis tools (tracing, diagrams, etc.). Pre-Sales & Scoping: Assist the business development team in technical pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs). Best Practices & Documentation: Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, best practices, and training materials to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all client projects. Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions with Arc GIS Enterprise and Arc GIS Pro. Proven project experience implementing Esri's Utility Network, including advanced data modeling, rule configuration, and subnetwork management. Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or multi-client environment. Strong proficiency in enterprise geodatabase administration (SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgre SQL) and data migration strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Desired Technical Skills:Esri certified Arc GIS Utility Network Professional Direct experience across multiple utility domains (Electric, Gas, Water, and/or Wastewater) is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency with Python (Arc Py) for automation and Arc GIS Arcade for implementing business logic. Extensive experience with FME Desktop/Enterprise for complex data integration and transformation workflows. Experience deploying and managing Arc GIS Enterprise in cloud environments (AWS or Azure). Proven track record of leading technical projects from inception to completion. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
