As a Manager - User Research, you will lead and mentor a team of user experience researchers to gather and synthesize insights about user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for the UX research team, ensuring it aligns with product and business objectives.
- Team leadership: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of UX researchers. Responsibilities include mentoring, providing professional development opportunities, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

- Expert knowledge of research methods: Deep expertise in qualitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability tests) and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing).
- Data analysis: The ability to analyze behavioral data and statistical metrics to complement qualitative findings.

- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our telecom product team.
- The candidate should have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with proven expertise in wireframing, visual design, and end-to-end product design.
- Candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for our telecom solutions, including mobile apps, web portals, and platforms.
- Responsibilities Understanding new requirements/charters and analysis Leads discussions with cross functional teams and stake holders to evaluate feasibility, technical specifications, cost-benefit analysis, etc. UX Design:
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows tailored to telecom user segments. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to visualize user flows and product features.
