As a Senior HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies, managing employee performance cycles, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organizational change initiatives. You will also play a key role in talent development, succession planning, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. A strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization are essential. We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented HR professional dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders, providing expert HR counsel and support.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, particularly in talent management and organizational development.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead succession planning efforts and identify high-potential employees.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement and organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion spent as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
