Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. The FEA Engineer is responsible of FEA operations as a design tool on his R&D activities. He/she is responsible to deliver robust FEA workpackages and deliveries. Based on FEA results analysis, he/she is accountable to deliver a robust design complying with product specifications.

2. Define most appropriate & just necessary FEA inputs/outputs requested by analysis & validation.

3. Responsible for CAE project execution within the schedule and efforts estimated for programs using HyperWorks , LS-Dyna and Pamcrash or Radioss .

4. Responsible for Execution of FEA operations using the validated FEA methods .

5. Corrective & Preventive Action identification and implementation for process performance deviation.

6. Propose robust design solutions to ensure compliance with product specifications by using FEA and expertise in close collaboration with design team.

7. Support project team to define and check FEA work done by suppliers.

8. Deliver synthetic & efficient reporting (KPIs, results, action plans, issues, alert…) to his management.

9. Participate actively and mandatory to key meetings

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications :

CAE/FEA Engineer in industry

Working experience in Hyperwork and LS-Dyna or Pamcrash or Radioss

International experience will mostly appreciated

Master in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in design engineering / CAD-CAM

English fluency mandatory

An added advantage :

Knowledge in testing

Previous experience in automotive

French or German spoken

Power-On Reset validation of Processor and ASIC chips. Define and develop the validation strategy, plan and required infrastructure. You will be part of the design team which will deliver this critical infrastructure to IBM's Mainframe, POWER processors, and other ASICs.
* Lead the bringup & validation of POR boot engine and other related subsystems. Prepare the validation plan working with various subsystems owners. Define and develop the required bringup tools and automation scripts. Lead the bringup tools/ scripts development effort.
* Lead the overall bring-up activity from day 1 the silicon arrives in lab. Collaborate with rest of the chip bringup teams, debug the issues, participate in root cause, provide quick workarounds when required.
* Collaborate with design, verification, DFT, PD, millicode, firmware teams during bringup readiness, and bringup phases.
* The lead will also participate in broader feature architecture/ uarch/ design discussions to create a comprehensive validation plan.
* Estimate the overall effort for validation
**Required technical and professional expertise**

As part of our strategic expansion and increased capacity at our India site, we are establishing a new team and are currently seeking a Verification & Validation Engineer to take on a pivotal role-combining technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities.
In this role, you will lead a small team of lab technicians and be accountable for the integration, verification, and system performance validation of Radiometer products. You will also oversee the planning and execution of activities within our dedicated lab facility, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

This position reports to the R&D Director, ACDx Systems Releases Department and is part of the Bangalore Development Center located in Bangalore, India. The role is designated as full-time, on-site.
In this dynamic and impactful role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure products meet rigorous performance and compliance standards.
+ Design and implement robust verification strategies and plans, balancing quality, risk, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Author verification and validation protocols, conduct thorough data analysis, and compile comprehensive reports aligned with global regulatory standards.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 6+ years of work experience in Systems Engineering;
+ Work experience in Verification & Validation in Medical devices or in a regulated business;
+ Master in bio-chemistry/molecular biology/biotechnology/bioengineering/biomedical engineering or equivalent;
+ Good knowledge in statistics and in the use of statistic methods;
Ability to travel:
o ~ 2 months/year to the head quarter in Copenhagen
o To the Radiometer site IDC in Bangalore (1-2 times/month)

**Validation Engineer 1**
**What you will do**
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will join a collaborative team implementing and supporting the integrated case management systems on existing & future technologies. In this role, you will wear multiple hats including writing test scripts, implementing, analyze and resolve issues with case intake and data transfer across integrated systems. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will develop insights and implement solutions to improve system performance, ensuring reliable and efficient processing of data.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor, test, and resolve issues related to case intake and case processing across multiple systems.
+ Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to address dependencies and resolve bottlenecks for critical issues
+ Ownership in the development of test plans, scenarios to ensure robust validation of system updates, patches and new features
+ Create test scripts, perform regression & functional testing to verify the changes do not negatively impact existing system functionality

+ Experience in management of test plan, test protocols, defect management, and requirements traceability matrix
+ Hands-on experience with the ITIL framework and methodologies like (Scrum).
+ Hands on experience in HP ALM, JIRA, Visio, document management systems (e.g: Veeva) and Service Now.

+ Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology, and CRM systems
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Product Managers and business collaborators to define scope and value for new developments
