Sales Performance Enablement
- Observe sales calls and provide 1:1 coaching and actionable feedback
- Identify performance gaps and deliver targeted interventions to improve conversion rates and productivity
- Conduct role-plays, mock counselling sessions, and workshops to reinforce best practices
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Product, and Marketing teams to align training with business priorities
- Analyze sales performance data to continuously enhance training effectiveness
- Maintain a repository of training content, FAQs, SOPs, and learning materials
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure that sales pitches are compliant, aligned with organizational values, and tailored to student needs
- Monitor and improve the quality of student counselling and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); a master’s degree or certifications in L&D / Sales Training is a plus
- 5–8 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the EdTech , Study Abroad , or Online Degree industry
- Strong foundation in adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques
- Proven track record of training high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRMs, sales dashboards, and performance metrics
