+ Independently develop concepts and specifications for programming and diagnostic tools (software and hardware components) used in mobile working machines.
+ Independently develop and test structured/object-oriented software in C, C++, C#, and Python.
+ Program software for vehicle service tools with a high degree of autonomy.
+ Independently coordinate and manage development partners and suppliers for software and hardware components.
+ Independently coordinate internal development projects related to software or electronic components. And independently create and maintain software documentation, including compliance with ISO 25119.
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.
+ Programming: Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in software development using C, C++, C#, and Python.
+ Diagnostic Std: Strong understanding of relevant diagnostic standards, including ODX and OTX.
+ Experience: 4-5 years of strong Experience with embedded systems, vehicle diagnostics, or automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, UDS) preferred.
+ Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, commitment, and ability to work independently, autonomously, and effectively in a team environment.
