• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License with a Passenger Endorsement.
• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent state permit.
• A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents in the past 3-5 years.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving buses or other large commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
• Physical fitness and the ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per schedule.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning.
