    Summary of the Role

  • Design and implement a global delivery management framework for Compliance Engineering teams by leveraging Goldman Sachs’s vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, driving contract execution, monitoring delivery and vendor performance evaluation. This includes identification a mitigation of operational and performance risk.
  • Manage the vendor services operating model through forecasting, planning, deploying resources, and managing their entitlements.

  • Coordinate with internal expense management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, including resolving any discrepancies or issues.

  • Monitor performance against service level agreements and address unfulfilled KPIs through corrective action plans

  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor management / outsourcing / procurement related roles solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to interact with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project management (., lead meetings, update stakeholders, create project plan), working as part of a global/cross-functional team and working with all levels. Knowledge of contract, budget management would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to think outside the box, multi-task, and work under pressure to identify and resolve issues with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of data analytics and visualization applications like Alteryx and Tableau would be an added advantage.

    **Position Overview:**
    Boeing India supply chain management team is currently looking for **Supply Chain Manager** to join their team in **New Delhi, India.** A successful candidate working directly with the Senior Manager, Supply Chain BDI/BGS (India).
    A successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on Boeing defense Programs and will be working on Supply Chain deliverables for these mission critical programs. Candidate will understand the importance of collaboration, stakeholder management and time criticality for these critical Programs.
    **Position Responsibilities:**
    + End to end accountability for Supply Chain Performance of assigned area of responsibility
    + Build capabilities, lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver flawless execution
    + Accountable to program management for meeting customer performance metrics
    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies
    + Manage a diverse team including Asset Managers, Logistic service representatives, Supply Chain Specialists etc.
    + Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals and leads process improvements.
