Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately translating business requirements into system functionality requirements
- Technical implementation of business requirements
- Implement product rules and attributes
- Create and maintain the document templates (build)
- Create and maintain price books and tables
- Implement and maintain processes like workflow, approval, etc
- Perform Responsive - UI modifications
Specific Skills / Knowledge
- Candidate should have hands on experience in the design of configurations in SAP CPQ in all relevant areas.
- Excellent track record of delivering successful systems implementations with high stakeholder satisfaction (at least 3 successful project examples)
- Ability to analyze existing configurators in SAP ERP KMAT, Excel Macro etc, and to understand and transfer the logic to CPQ
- Ability to understand and analyze existing CPQ configurators for being able to perform changes and enhancements on request of users
- Ability to analyze complex configuration scenarios based on data and information given by users, and ability to advise and apply best practice configuration methods (maximum BoM, tables/classes, guided selling, parent child product structure, …)
- Ability to advise standardization of BoMs/parts prior to implementation into configurators (only data analysis, no print changes)
- Strong understanding of CPQ capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders.
- Candidate should be a good team worker in multicultural team.
- Ability to work self -sufficiently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and oral English skills are a must.

NVIDIA's Software Configuration Management (SCM) systems are at the core of NVIDIA's rapidly growing AI, SW, and HW engineering and research teams who are building the future of computing. Our Infrastructure organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to grow and lead a fast-paced team to define and deliver on a roadmap that enhances the customer experience for our large scale, globally distributed on-prem and cloud based SCM systems. In this position, you will collaborate with internal partners, senior management, security, IT, vendors, and CSP partners to deliver and deploy highly reliable and scalable solutions that dramatically boost the productivity and time to market for NVIDIA's products and services.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, partners, and leadership to define an "AI Ready" roadmap for SCM systems that enables our customers to increase product development efficiency.
- Lead a team to develop, deploy, and operate infrastructure, tools, and services for our large and continuously growing SCM eco-system.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, encouraging teams to continuously strive to improve the customer experience and drive impactful results.
- Regularly communicate program status. Accurately represent the importance of issues and call out issues appropriately. Be an enthusiast of data driven project management.
- Lead, grow, and coach your team to develop technical expertise, support their advancement, and prepare them to excel in new challenges.
- Work with customers, partners, and finance to forecast and manage the SCM budget, including deployments and refresh.
What we need to see:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years overall relevant experience with 4+ years of leadership experience
- Track record leading an infrastructure team to improve efficiency and reliability driven by critical metrics and customer focused KPIs.
- Proficiency in project management including requirement gathering planning, scheduling, and staffing
- Knowledge of SCM methodologies with experience in GIT and/or Perforce
- Ability to evaluate modern hardware and software technologies, including AI assistants, to scale services and reduce operational overhead.
- History of building automation to scale services and reduce operational overhead.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers and across teams and organizations.
- Strong SW engineering process skills including development, test, and deployment using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience developing and leading adoption of comprehensive Incident management processes, including customer communication.
- Expert level expertise building and running large scale Perforce, Gerrit, GitLab, or GitHub infrastructure.
- Understanding of hardware design workflows (EDA tools and methodology)
- Accountable for forecasting and budgeting.
