Platform & Infrastructure Development
- Oversee development of distributed systems using Go, Python, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Drive orchestration of GPU-accelerated workloads and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and observability across the stack.
Operational Excellence
- Champion DevSecOps practices, regulatory compliance, and multi-region cloud deployments.
- Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of infrastructure at scale.
- Establish and track engineering KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality benchmarks.
What You Bring
Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in cloud infrastructure or platform companies.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Proficiency in Go and Python; experience with GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, and HPC.
- Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and cloud security.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and scale engineering organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical execution with company strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in regulated industries (e.g.finance, healthcare, government).
