The Role
We're looking for an experienced yet hands-on and ready-to-experiment marketing maverick who can help us break into the top 300 accounts in a few targeted sectors. You’ll partner with our SDRs and the field sales team get SQLs and orchestrate multi-stakeholder demos that convert. You'll own our marketing strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- You build and run the marketing function that takes Sharpsell to the next orbit.
- This is core account-based marketing: you’ll develop and execute multi-touch campaigns to get our prospects to engage.
- Equip and partner with our SDRs and field sales to hunt down decision-makers at target accounts by any means necessary - networking, emails, social media, events, direct mail, walk-ins, cold calls, etc.
- Build our market credibility by leveraging our existing customer base gracefully. Own compelling ROI case studies, clear messaging, industry awards, customer testimonials, G2 ratings, etc.
- Build our thought leadership by turning everyday customer interactions and internal insights into powerful content that showcases Sharpsell’s depth and relevance.
- Lead a growing marketing team including content operations, distribution specialists, and external partners. This role may also potentially lead the SDR team and own the lead generation KPIs.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced yet hands-on and ready-to-experiment marketing maverick who can help us break into the top 300 accounts in a few targeted sectors. You’ll partner with our SDRs and the field sales team get SQLs and orchestrate multi-stakeholder demos that convert. You'll own our marketing strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- You build and run the marketing function that takes Sharpsell to the next orbit.
- This is core account-based marketing: you’ll develop and execute multi-touch campaigns to get our prospects to engage.
- Equip and partner with our SDRs and field sales to hunt down decision-makers at target accounts by any means necessary - networking, emails, social media, events, direct mail, walk-ins, cold calls, etc.
- Build our market credibility by leveraging our existing customer base gracefully. Own compelling ROI case studies, clear messaging, industry awards, customer testimonials, G2 ratings, etc.
- Build our thought leadership by turning everyday customer interactions and internal insights into powerful content that showcases Sharpsell’s depth and relevance.
- Lead a growing marketing team including content operations, distribution specialists, and external partners. This role may also potentially lead the SDR team and own the lead generation KPIs.
You Are Someone Who
- Buys into the objective and vision 100%.
- Is willing to own and drive qualified leads - the northstar metric.
- Can self-start and then ramp an independent content creation and distribution machine, acting as the final point of approval.
- Has an eye for design, can distinguish good from bad, and knows how to get the good done.
- Embraces a zero-to-one mindset - willing to get your hands dirty, experiment without boundaries, fail fast, and iterate.
- Can “hold a dinner conversation” with C-suite executives who run some of India’s largest companies.
- Has successfully led similar marketing initiatives before - this can’t be your first rodeo.
