About the RoleWayoasis Immigration is seeking dynamic and client-focused Immigration Counsellors to join our growing team. The role involves guiding individuals who wish to work, study, or settle abroad, with a special focus on Europe Work Permits (Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Finland, Austria, etc.) in addition to popular destinations such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation to clients on Europe Work Permits and other visa categories, including Canada PR, Australia PR, UK visas, and more.
- Assess individual profiles, analyze eligibility, and recommend the most suitable immigration or work visa program.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations with professionalism and empathy.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments by clearly explaining visa processes, timelines, benefits, and costs.
- Conduct telephonic and in-office consultations to deliver personalized immigration advice tailored to each client’s career and settlement goals.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies, Europe work visa quotas, documentation requirements, and embassy updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets .
- Maintain accurate client records and report daily activity and progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with the backend and documentation teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely client updates.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Immigration Counselling, preferably with exposure to Europe Work Permit programs .
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and country-specific requirements (Europe, Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to simplify complex procedures and build client trust.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales orientation with a focus on converting leads into enrollments.

- Expert Document Preparation: Independently manage and prepare complete visa and work permit documentation packages for individual and family applications.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
