As part of Amazon's Business Mobility Services (BMS) team, which manages global immigration processes for Amazonians and their families, we are seeking a Immigration Consultant to manage end-to-end case management of H-1B processes. This role ensures compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations while focusing on comprehensive H-1B case processing, including cap filings, extensions, amendments, Requesting for further Evidence (RFE), and Labor Condition Application (LCA) compliance. The role is expected to support H1B processing and filings along with other case types based on volumes and requirements. The role would be expected to work closely with the US Immigration strategy team, HR, and employees. There will be tactical responsibilities such as tracking of cases, working on process steps within the in-house case management systems and maintain compliance records.
