Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Merchandising Strategy Development:
- Create and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies aligned with the company brand image and marketing initiatives for the entire cluster.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify optimal display techniques for different product categories.
- Design and implement seasonal visual merchandising themes and concepts across all stores in the cluster.
- Store Display Execution:
- Ensure consistent and visually appealing product displays across all stores in the cluster, including window displays, floor sets, and promotional areas.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of in-store displays, ensuring proper signage, pricing, and product placement.
- Source and manage props, fixtures, and visual merchandising materials for the cluster.
- Team Training and Development:
- Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices, guidelines, and company standards.
- Coach and mentor store visual merchandisers to improve their skills and execution of visual merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure consistent visual merchandising across the cluster.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Regularly visit stores in the cluster to assess visual merchandising performance against set standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in visual merchandising
- Implement adjustments to visual merchandising strategies based on performance insights
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with store managers, marketing teams, and regional visual merchandising leadership to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives
- Communicate visual merchandising updates and guidelines to store teams across the cluster
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Visual Design Skills:
Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of color theory, layout design, and visual merchandising principles
- Retail Experience:
Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment, preferably with a multi-store cluster management background
- Leadership and Training Skills:
Ability to effectively train and motivate store staff on visual merchandising techniques
- Analytical Skills:
Capability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions
- Project Management Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across a large cluster of store.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Visual Merchandising of the Exclusive Outlet Business objectives and the Staff related challenges and create strategic recommendations based on this understanding.
Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for all VM related aspects.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for complete Visual Merchandising for a Territory, by creation of window and in store displays in
Stores taking complete responsibility for the look and feel of the store, with the aim of maximizing product sales.
· Responsible towards developing VM plans (Within Brand Boundaries) across the network as per
VM Calendars, and prepared planned budget.
· Travel with employees/team members to learn new concepts, creating a budget for the same and getting the same approved is also mandatory.
· Season calendar for in store display to be prepared along with datelines from planning to
execution and budget this exercise.
· Enhance relationship with vendors and negotiate with them to constantly work within budgets.
· Research dates/findings to be filed also budgets to be created if any.
· Constantly inspire the team with new VM concepts.
· Allocation of resources (human resources) for this territory wise.
· Responsible for in store display, planning and marketing promos designs.
· Develop exciting planograms in each territory and send it to the stores in the beginning of the
season.
· Ensure to coordinate with the stores and ensure that it is implemented as per the datelines.
· Train the store team in conducting research based on lifestyle concepts, trends and regional
attributes.
· Responsible for the following activities:
§ Developing floor plans and sketching designs
§ Sourcing materials and display elements
§ Maximize space and layout of the store
§ Dressing mannequins and making use of creative lighting for window displays
· Make regular visits to stores to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the stores.
· To ensure store staff is in proper uniform, well spoken & aware of the VM standards.
Qualifications

About the role:
Adapt the Master Design plan store wise and execute for store windows, focal points, and Product/material displays in the store to highlight key products, themes, or promotions.
• Source and order VM and styling props.
• Adaptations of windows and creatives across the region stores as per the calendar.
• Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends
• Maintaining and responsible for store upkeep.
Styling
• Styling the experience centers of the brand.
• Styling homes designed by Livspace for photo and video shoots.
• Shopping online/ offline for products and props to style different customersʼ homes.
• Managing and coordinating between different teams including photographers, interior designers, and marketing team. • Inventory management of styling products and props.
• Scheduling and managing photo/video shoots with multiple people involved, including the customer. • Culling the pictures for editing.
• Styling 3D rendered images.
Vendor management
• Acquire and compare quotations from vendors to ensure procurement of quality products at the least possible price. • Follow up with vendors to ensure execution of windows and other areas within the specified schedule. • Ensure payment to the respective vendors and follow up on billing processes weekly.
Budget management
• Monitor the budget for Visual Merchandising and highlight any deviations
• To operate & achieve the VM spent as per budgets
• Submission of bills on time.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, interior design, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably 4-6 years of experience in the home interior or home furnishing industry.
