3. Vendor Management & Procurement:
- Liaise with vendors for POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), displays, fixtures, Gandola, Kiosk, and props .
- Ensure all purchase orders are within the approved rate card and budget.
- Monitor quality, cost, and timeliness of vendor deliverables.
4. Timely Execution & Delivery Coordination:
- Ensure on-time delivery and installation of all VM collaterals and setups across stores.
- Track shipments, manage escalations, and ensure smooth logistics coordination.
- Maintain an execution calendar to manage VM rollouts across cities and formats.
5. Vendor Negotiation & Budget Management:
- Negotiate rates and service terms with vendors to optimize value within budget constraints.
- Prepare cost estimations and maintain spend records for each VM campaign or rollout.
- Ensure cost efficiency and adherence to VM budgets shared by the marketing or commercial teams.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for execution planning and forecasting VM material needs.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team for purchase approvals and billing compliance.
- Coordinate with Store Managers for timely implementation of visual plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in cosmetics industry.
Skills:
- Strong creative and aesthetic sense with a focus on retail displays and layout design .
- Working knowledge of Planogram software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) , and MS Office.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
- Understanding of retail operations and customer behaviour .
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic marketing team at RENÉE Cosmetics. This role is crucial in ensuring the brand’s visual identity is consistently represented across all retail touch-points. You will be responsible for planning and executing product placement, developing planogram visuals, coordinating timely deliveries of merchandising materials, and effectively managing vendor negotiations to meet retail branding needs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution:
- Conceptualize and execute visual merchandising displays and window setups across retail formats and stores.
