About the Role Our client, a globally recognized service provider in the **Oil & Gas** sector, is seeking a Senior Drilling Fluids Engineer to provide remote technical support and expertise. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your deep knowledge of drilling fluid systems from anywhere in India, contributing to challenging drilling projects worldwide. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of drilling fluid programs, ensuring wellbore stability, efficient drilling rates, and effective formation protection. The role involves analyzing fluid performance data, troubleshooting downhole issues related to fluids, and providing expert recommendations to drilling teams operating in the field. As a Senior Engineer, you will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of drilling fluid technology and practices within the **Oil & Gas** industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and recommend drilling fluid programs based on geological conditions and well objectives.
  • Monitor drilling fluid performance and properties, making necessary adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot drilling fluid-related problems encountered during drilling operations.
  • Provide expert technical advice and support to rig site personnel via remote communication.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing fluid-related issues.
