Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Manager located in Ahmedabad.
• Co-ordination with ABEX team for day today accounting for promoter group entities.
• Handling statutory Audit and Tax audit of promoter group entities in co ordination with ABEX team
• Assisting for various meetings for review of the performance by various businesses
• Ensuring the book hygiene for all the promoter entities
• Assisting for various special transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders
• Ensuring the documentation for various transactions for financing and investments
• Assisting in the Financial Control for all the promoter entities

Updation of shelf life, storage conditions, Retest /Expiry flag and inspection interval data in SAP for Active pharmaceuticals Ingredients, excipients and packing materials.

To Review and approval of new and revised specification and standard test procedure of drug substance, excipients, packaging materials and drug products.

To do impact assessment of drug products manufactured at formulation site in case of any critical observation/GMP alert received at vendor sites.

To prepare and review of Nitrosamine and Azide Impurity Assessment reports

Review of Technical documents of Active pharmaceuticals ingredients, excipients, packing material, KSM/intermediates, Service provider, sterile articles, vaccine materials and External Testing laboratory.

Support to manufacturing sites during regulatory and customer audits

To perform any other activity assigned by HOD as and when required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Search, Display and Video Ads

Process Analyst Related Activities, Identifying, gathering, and analyzing business requirement to build efficient process through digital solutions for all functional areas within the organization. Trending and tracking of software concerns and reports to the respective stakeholders for further action. Works as interface/facilitator between the all the business and technical team for entire software related process (Requirement analysis URS -- designing development UAT – Validation -- Implementation). Evaluate proposed changes to validated computer systems and execute level of validation activities required. Prepare and execute software validation documents, tasks, activities, and deliverables for all GxP category system and work closely with Validation team and QA Compliance to ensure appropriate validation of GxP category systems to be completed within defined time commitments.
