Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Partner Management: Work with external developers to manage the development of the Atma Vani platform. Research, identify, and onboard new partners for the Atma Vani ecosystem.
- Marketing & Communications: Coordinate with internal creative and SEO teams to execute marketing campaigns. Directly manage all social media handles for Atma Vani and actively engage with our community.
- Events & Content: Assist in the planning, launch, and management of online events, workshops, and satsangs.
- Research & Strategy: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and growth initiatives.
- Operational Support: Provide direct, day-to-day support to the CEO on various strategic and operational tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- A recent graduate or current MBA student from any stream.
- Strong academic background with a proven track record of excellence.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and quick learner.
- Willingness to work long hours and perform under pressure.
