Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Department Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the interior design department, including the curation and oversight of design collections, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Collection Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and refine strategies to optimize collection processes, enhance design quality, and improve operational efficiency within the department.
• Client Coordination & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project lifecycles; understand and interpret their design needs, provide expert advice, and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.
