Essential Job Functions:
+ Serve as the primary liaison with building management across all India locations.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
+ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
+ Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations in India
+ Experience with budgeting and cost control
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
+ Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance, and space planning tools
+ Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
