  • Participate in red teaming and penetration testing exercises to subject the developed use cases to real-world simulation. By doing so, ensuring their robustness and effectiveness in diverse scenarios.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Equivalent work experience equally preferable
  • Knowledge of models/frameworks such as Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK
  • Well-developed analytic, qualitative, and quantitative reasoning skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Security event monitoring, investigation, and overall incident response process
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple activities and lead junior analysts as needed.
  • Understanding of offensive security to include common attack methods.
  • Understanding of how to pivot across multiple datasets to correlate artifacts for a single security event.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic Treasury Sales professional to join our Global Markets team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring strong market relationships, deep product expertise across FX, rates, and derivatives, and a commercial mindset to drive client engagement and revenue growth. This role is suited for someone who can combine analytical sharpness with market intuition and the ability to deliver the bank's macro and strategy views convincingly.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Own and grow relationships with large corporates in the Delhi/North India region, focusing on treasury risk management and market opportunities.
+ Structure, price, and execute derivative solutions - including swaps and options - independently using the bank's pricing tools and Bloomberg.
+ Deliver sharp, actionable market insights and articulate the bank's macro and strategy views to clients.
+ Collaborate closely with internal partners - trading, research, risk, credit, and compliance - to deliver end-to-end treasury solutions.
+ Engage with regional and cross-border teams for client coverage and structured product delivery.
+ Drive revenue growth through disciplined client coverage, effective structuring, and optimal pricing while maintaining strong risk governance.
+ Closely and accurately follow local and global regulations, understand the concept of multi-geographical adherences and comply accordingly
**Key Requirements**
+ 10-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales / Markets covering large corporates in the Delhi market.
+ Strong understanding of FX, interest rate swaps, and options with hands-on pricing and structuring experience.
+ Proficiency with Bloomberg and bank pricing tools for client quotations and trade execution.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to translate complex market views into clear client narratives.
+ Proven ability to collaborate across internal functions and geographies to deliver client-centric solutions.
+ As a branch of a global bank, we are subject to multiple cross-border regulatory obligations - prior exposure to global regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and Global UMR for CSA will be an advantage.
+ MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Real Estate Developer Financing

Real estate developer financing is a cornerstone of our financial services business, forming a significant portion of our wholesale portfolio. We offer tailored lending solutions secured by assets in residential and commercial real estate sectors. Our primary focus lies in mid-segment residential project financing. Nevertheless, we also extend financing to residential projects in both affordable and premium segments across the top 10 Indian cities.

Our Small Developer Financing business targets small to mid-sized developers in the outskirts of tier 1 cities, as well as select tier 2 and 3 locations, leveraging our robust presence in the home building ecosystem through our retail home loan franchise.

The projects under this strategy predominantly revolve around affordable housing. To fortify this segment, we have established a dedicated team within our wholesale lending group, dedicated to driving development and growth.


About the Role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead client engagement and portfolio growth within the Real Estate Developer Financing segment. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with real estate developers, structuring tailored lending solutions, and driving business development across residential and commercial real estate sectors. The position requires deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver innovative financing solutions aligned with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-to-large real estate developers across Tier 1 cities and select Tier 2/3 markets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client needs, ensuring timely resolution and superior service delivery.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify new financing opportunities in mid-segment residential projects and affordable housing.
  • Drive penetration in premium and affordable segments through strategic engagement and partnerships.

Deal Structuring & Execution

  • Design and negotiate customized lending solutions secured by residential and commercial real estate assets.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and legal teams to ensure compliance and timely deal closure.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Provide insights to clients on emerging opportunities and financing models.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Proactively manage portfolio risk and maintain asset quality.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of experience in corporate or wholesale lending, with a focus on real estate financing.

Strong understanding of real estate markets, project financing, and credit risk assessment.

Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage large portfolios and deliver on growth targets.
