Collaborate with HR, Global Cyber Security, Global Technology Services, and Compliance teams to define and refine access controls, user provisioning, and segregation of duties.
Execute security configuration changes and maintain documentation for architecture, policies, and procedures.
Conduct audits and risk assessments under the guidance of the Compliance Lead, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring security considerations are addressed.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workday security professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security architecture.
Strong technical knowledge of Workday security frameworks and modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking).
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro in Security) are a plus.
