IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure (network, servers, computers, etc.).

Network Administration:

SCOPE FOR THE CAREER
- Scope of learning new technologies on SAP Products (S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, SaaS Products (Ariba, Salesforce etc.) & Cloud (AWS, Azure OR GCP)
- Access to all SAP internal training & learning materials to gain knowledge in latest technologies.
- Exposure to all latest build architectures in one single place/ position which will be valuable/ useful in future. Generally, this exposure is not available in any regular SAP Basis position.

- Support and organize technical responses to RFP / RFIs.
- Blueprint customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
- Work to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support to sales teams.
- Own the technical discussions with the customer on the Private Cloud Edition topic and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required.
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration required from an accredited university.
- Good understanding of SAP technologies (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
- Good understanding of the entire platform stacks (storage, virtualization, hardware, networks, etc.)
- Good understanding of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition
- Good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform
- English native speaker, any other language an asset
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 7-12 years of hands-on customer-facing SAP Technology Consulting and/or Presales experience (eg, Basis Admin, DB Admin, Migrations, Upgrades, Business Continuity, etc.)
- Experience with hosting providers and data centers is a BIG advantage; HANA / Suite on HANA skills would be very helpful, but not mandatory.
- Experience working for an enterprise software and/or services vendor is necessary.
