Store & Dispatch Executive (SAP Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle material inward & outward entries in SAP/ERP system.
• Maintain stock levels, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Dispatch Orders.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
• Ensure timely packing, labeling, and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices & e-way bills (if required).
• Assist in monthly / yearly stock audits.
• Maintain proper documentation & records as per company SOP.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
• 0-1 years experience in Store / Dispatch department.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP (MM / WM module) or ERP systems.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of inventory management & dispatch operations.
• Computer skills: SAP / ERP, MS Excel, Word, Email.
• Good communication & coordination ability.
• Ability to supervise helpers/loaders for smooth operations.
