Réceptionner, décharger et traiter les livraisons ; contrôler les marchandises entrantes en fonction des factures et bordereaux de réception. Réceptionner, stocker, expédier et livrer les colis et courriers entrants et sortants des services. Assurer la sécurité de la salle de réception et de son contenu, assurer la sécurité d'entreposage des colis. Se conformer à toutes les directives et règlementations nationales, régionales et locales en matière d'expédition de matériaux dangereux. Expédier tous les colis et courriers sortants. Vérifier le nombre de colis et leur état lors de la réception avant de les remettre aux clients. Communiquer avec les clients pour les avertir de la réception de colis. Tenir à jour un système de suivi précis sur tous les envois et toutes les réceptions, y compris obtenir la signature du client à réception d'un colis. Communiquer avec le responsable approprié en cas de perte ou de dommages sur les colis. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sécurité de la chaîne; rapporter les problèmes de maintenance, les risques d’accident, les accidents ou les blessures; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. Veiller à ce que son uniforme et son apparence soient propres et professionnels. Respecter la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; protéger les biens de l’entreprise.
