SAP EWM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse processes across inbound, outbound, internal movements, and physical inventory using SAP EWM.

What you ll do at Client:
? Client s products are a great concoction of multiple components from different sub-systems (Hardware, Firmware, Software, Cloud). These need to integrate seamlessly and adapt to the Business requirements (New market development, city-country expansion, etc) & deliver category-leading performance in every aspect. Hence you ll be involved in many cross-functional team (CFT) coordination to solve complex technical/technology/Operational problems.
? In this role, you must have good knowledge of software development, release processes, and integrating hardware and software while working in an agile environment.
? Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple scrum teams working on various Vehicle / ecosystem products and Backend Systems, Connected Platforms, and Mobile Applications.
? Track their overall milestone deliverables, Releases, and Change Management Processes. Your activities include planning, monitoring & closure for sprint activities.
? Identify gaps in the system and establish steps to mitigate them. Report any impediments/red flags & take initiatives to work with CFT for planning/mitigating/solving impediments to achieve objectives while adhering to strict deadlines/requirements on Quality, Cost, and Delivery parameters.
? Help set processes in place for efficient execution and build a culture within the swim lane by establishing the right ways of working.
? The team's efficiency depends on your ability to identify risks on a day-to-day basis, look for mitigation, and be a bridge with the other functions on any impediments.

Here s what we are looking for:
? Should have good knowledge of Frontend/Backend systems integration, embedded platforms, hardware-software integration, Internet of Things(IoT) and software product development lifecycle(s).
? Should be detail-oriented with a proven ability to adjust in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
? Should be a self-starter & go-getter with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of a change proactively
? Should be savvy with relevant tools for project management like Excel/GSheets, JIRA, Gantt Pro, G-Suite, etc.
? Proactive, responsive, and keen on process enhancement. Proven ability to optimize execution and increase the predictability of the system
? Possess excellent communication and have a good command of verbal and written skills
? Keep a clear focus on details - the devil's in the details!
? Your Knowledge of system components would help you understand issues better. But more than that, your facilitation and communication skills will be tested in this role. You've had some stints of using Agile/Scrum to manage and maintain complex projects across multiple teams.
? Finally, a get-it-done attitude that helps deliver uncompromised quality on time is a must in this role.

What you ll bring to Client:
? A total experience of 7-9 years in OEM or Tier-1 organizations.
? Preferably a background in Embedded Systems / Mobile App/Cloud and Backend development in a Product based organization.
? B.E. /B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering is a requirement with a recent background in program/project management that'd help understand best practices in Scrum/Agile.
? SAFe Scrum Master Certification, Professional Scrum master I/II, MBA, and PMP - This will be a definite plus but is no

As a program manager your success will be measured by your ability to anticipate risks/ delays/ challenges and pull in the right resources to mitigate the same

The Person -

Should have hands-on experience in managing complex projects or programs in a manufacturing/ logistics/ warehousing environment

Should have great control over execution of projects/ initiatives at scale through CFT collaboration, timeline and workflow management, identifying risks, SAP knowledge etc.

Exposure to relevant tools for program management, JIRA knowledge is a plus

Should be a self-starter & a go-getter with high levels of ownership on closing things

Should have razor sharp focus in quantifying improvements and driving results through metrics

Proactive, responsive and keen on increasing the predictability of the system

B.E/B.Tech with a total experience of 7-11 yrs

MBA in Operations/SCM will be a definite plus but not mandatory

An ideal candidate would have prior experience of managing complex operational projects and has a fair understanding of how Agile teams work
