RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing warehouse management IT Operations:
- Configure Dassault Delmia Apriso MOM WMS for battery manufacturing workflows.
- Be proactively involved in the WMS solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance.
- Ensure the WMS is configured to represent all warehouse and logistics workflows.
- Collaborate with IT solution architects as a teams to translate business requirements into WMS capabilities.
- Play a fundamental role to enhance WMS and logistics-driven operations.
System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of WMS with interfacing to OT systems (SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT).
- Enable WMS connectivity with IT systems (ERP, MES, ASRS, WCS) for real-time data flow.
Project Management:
- Ensuring timely delivery and milestone adherence of Manufacturing projects.
Technical Ability:
- Provide technical expertise in development, testing, and cross-functional team engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation:
- Update and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
- Document data workflows between manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.
Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions and lead workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support WMS system users to ensure smooth operations and optimal system utilization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years’ experience with WMS solutions (essential).
- Proven ability to configure WMS and integrate with ERP, MES & OT systems.
- Strong proficiency in C# programming and SQL databases.
- Experience in ISA-95 & ISA-88 standards for seamless system integration.
- 3+ years' WMS experience in battery, semi-conductor, life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries.
- Project management expertise in WMS implementation and equipment interface commissioning.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ industry experience, preferably in battery giga factories, semi-conductor, pharma, or biotech.
