3. Good Returns - Unpack, Verify, Quality Check and complete the process in System within TAT.
4. Co-ordinate with Logistic pick person as required.
5. Ensure all the process is followed as per SOP.
6. Monitor if the pickup are done as per the SOP.
7. Highlight the issues if any and suggest solution.
