As a Software Engineer for Integrations, you will be a critical contributor within a team of highly skilled software engineers and analysts focused on integrating data into and out of our Human Capital software applications. Working together with this team, our customers, and our partners, you will implement integration solutions to meet critical business objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
+ Build and optimize BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for HR analytics and compliance
+ Develop and manage PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation and backend logic
+ Create and consume SOAP/REST APIs to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise systems

About the Role
This position serves as a subject matter expert for a specific team of Software Engineers. In addition to writing code on complex systems and applications, this role provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies.
Responsibilities

Requirements
+ 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

+ Strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
+ Experience in large-scale distributed systems and high-performance applications.
+ Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and modern cloud technologies.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
+ Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing and growing a team.
+ Nice to have experience with NoSQL, such as Solr , ES, Redis, Cassandra.
+ Familiarity with containerization, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and observability tools.
+ Previous experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
