We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health Wellness Event Coordinator to lead our efforts in promoting health, well-being, and community engagement within residential societies and corporate environments. This role involves extensive travel to various locations. Job is for 4 days a week.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Community and Corporate Engagement**:
- Assist management to finalize deal with corporates / RWA for engagements
- Establish and nurture relationships with RWAs, corporate HR teams, and key stakeholders to understand health wellness needs and objectives.
- Interact with community members, residents, and employees to gauge their preferences, wellness needs, and event expectation
- Travel extensively to various residential societies and corporate locations to coordinate wellness programs, build partnerships, and ensure program success.
**Qualifications**:
- No specific qualification required
- Well versed in English / Hindi & good in conversation
- Having experience will be added advantage.
- Age Group - 24 & above
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

About the Job
The Heath Promotion Specialist will work within the Children’s Ground Health and Wellbeing team, which responds to the population health needs with the local community using the Children’s Ground Family Health and Wellbeing Framework Health in the Hands of the People Utnenge, Tyerrtye, Mwerre Atnyenetyeke Iltye Tyerrtye Urrperle–kenhenge. The role provides a wide range of health promotion to 5 communities in and around Mparntwe – Alice Springs including remote communities and outstations in Central Australia.
About You We are seeking an innovative, suitably qualified and experienced Health Promotion Specialist who has experience working with First Nations and remote communities. You will an understanding of the effects of colonisation, disempowerment and intergenerational trauma and a demonstrated commitment to social justice. To be successful in this position, you will need to enjoy working outdoors and with community, have strong relationship, networking and communication skills – both verbal and written, have a collaborative approach to work and be a self-starter who thrives in an environment that is ambiguous and complex and be a systemic thinker. Ideally, you will be a First Nations person.

- Support with the development and implementation of Student Life policies, procedures and processes and monitor compliance of student clubs focusing on mental health & wellness.
- Design and implement specific outreach activities to promote emotional wellness at campus.
- Manage the implementation of student orientation programs within the campus with the aim of familiarizing new students with the wellness initiative and enable students, faculty and staff to understand the importance of mental health.
- Manage the implementation of student counseling guidelines and development programs to help students in their overall experience.
- Support students on immediate counseling issues as and when needed.
- Provide developmental support to students or staff for short term personal counseling.
- Manage the Directorate of Student Life’s ongoing relationship with mental health service provider.
- Handle red flag cases and do regular follow ups for any counseling needs.
- Provide support and guidance to the Student Council and other student groups/clubs as and when needed.
- Maintain all documentation pertaining to the Udaan initiative with utmost confidentiality.

Education and Experience :
- Post- graduate with 08 - 12 years of work experience in student affairs management in UG & PG colleges (or) Universities. Should have experience in handling student wellness programs / student counseling.
- Relevant Bachelors/Masters would be graduates in fields like Psychology, Student counseling, or other courses with specializations in student development, higher education leadership, etc.
- Criteria for experience can be relaxed if quality of experience is good and organization where experience is gained is relevant.
- Fluency in English is a must.
