Job Overview:
offshore wind energy business is rapidly growing and that is why we are looking for Steel Structural Engineers to join our Offshore structures team . Secondary steel and topside design play a crucial role in offshore wind topside foundations, ensuring safe access, structural integrity, and long-term durability.
Skills & Qualification:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine Engineering or similar discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in design of steel structures and connections .
- A track record of applying your understanding of structural engineering principles, hand calculations/sketches, and fabrication/construction process to produce efficient designs inline with design standard requirements such as European, NORSOK, American, Indian or any other international standards.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of engineers to deliver work packages. Good communication skills in English with experience coordinating across disciplines and with stakeholders, both in person and remotely.
- Good knowledge in review of 3D CAD models in Tekla, Revit, Navisworks, or similar.
- Knowledge of advanced engineering concepts such as Fatigue, Dynamics, Non-Linear analyses etc. as well as experience in a software package such as e.g. Robot, STAAD-PRO, IDEA StatiCa, Abaqus or similar is advantageous
Role & Responsibility
- Design steel structures such as internal/external platforms, b oat landings, topsides, access arrangements, anode cages etc., and deliver inventive and effective designs aligned with project needs.
- Develop layout and general arrangement of secondary steel along with analytical models, calculations, reports and specifications aligned with latest health and safety standards for offshore wind foundation design.
- Lead a team of steel engineers and collaborate with BIM engineers, Project Managers, Discipline Leads and other stakeholders in conceptual, FEED and detailed design projects.
- Participating in knowledge transfer and contribute to technical proposals.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Installation Manager to oversee the installation and commissioning of wind turbines in Gujarat, Maharashtra & Andhra Pradesh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily on-site coordination and reporting
- Progress reporting to Construction Manager/Site Manager
- Management of cranes, installation teams/contractors, tools, commissioning spares, materials, and quality
- Lead daily safety meetings with installation employees, crane crew, installation subcontractor, and commissioning teams
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring that the company is fulfilling its obligations under the contract and providing the best value to the client
- Communicate daily with clients, supervisors, construction managers, local PMs, safety, and quality departments
- Monitor and inspect installation and commissioning to confirm quality and conformance with manuals
- Review and manage technical submittals (work instructions and work plans) to confirm conformance with manuals

- Check daily reports and document bad weather reports, installation delay events, and assess and document project abnormalities to respective parties
- Determine scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines
- Work with construction managers/project managers to show that all procurement, submittals, and work plans are in place to facilitate work as scheduled
- Manage and lead the installation and commissioning team, ensuring that all responsibilities are met
- Coach and develop project team members
- Ensure contractors fully understand their contractual obligations and project requirements
- Liaise with contractors to minimize contractor conflict and encourage synergy on multiple contractor work sites
- Identify slow progress, inadequate quality or performance, possible future construction problems, and suggest possible solutions
