Key Responsibilities
- Conducts techno-commercial review for conventional and renewable projects including solar, Wind and BESS
- Review operations data of power plants
- Compiles data from design documents, contracts
- Review technical inputs of financial model
- Data analysis and crunching
- Draft inputs to technical due diligence, construction and operation monitoring report
- Presenting data in meaningful formats to be used by project teams
Consulting Capability:
- Delivers or contributes to the development of work products throughout at least one phase of an engagement
- Uses recognized methods to deliver work products
- Contributes to risk and issue identification and synthesis of solutions
Industry knowledge capability:
- delivers work products and demonstrates a broad knowledge of an industry or market including trends, current state of the art and driving factors

- 3-5 years of experience in technical due diligence or similar roles
- Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Masters degree in Engineering or Finance preferred;
- Understanding of basic concepts in power and infrastructure projects
- Fully comfortable with Microsoft office suite and especially Microsoft excel, exposure to other database management tools would be a plus
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree. 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
For Transaction projects: reviewing project contracts, operational data and technical inputs to financial model for technical due diligence projects, , prepare preliminary write-up of individual sections of technical due diligence report, review operations of projects and summarize findings, review construction status of under development projects and summarize findings
For Strategy projects: Do data research on trends; Conduct analysis based on defined objectives; Summarize findings in concise manner
Exposure & Opportunity to work on new technologies, due diligence as well as strategy projects
Worked on Technical Due Diligence engagements
3-5 years of experience in energy consulting or with energy developer
Experience in techno-commercial contract reviews like PPA, EPC, Interconnection agreement, etc.
