    + Lead integration architecture and design efforts, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
    + Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    **Required Qualifications:**
    + 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations and reporting tools, including:
    + Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, EIB, XSLT, XML Packaged Connectors, Advanced Studio, and SOAP Web Services.
    + 5+ years of experience working with Workday functional modules such as HCM, US Payroll, External Payroll, and Recruiting.
    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
