**Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HRIT Solution Analyst with a specialized skillset in Workday and ServiceNow to join our HRIT team. As a HRIT Solution Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing HR technology solutions to improve the efficiency and user experience of end to end HR Business processes in addition to supporting the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Workday and ServiceNow systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the HR business requirements and design innovative technology solutions.
+ Design, configure and implement end to end HR technology solutions, identifying and closing gaps in processes and dependencies and transforming the technology landscape
+ Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our systems.

+ Assist in testing processes from creating test cases, setting up test cases, and testing different personas through the processes
+ Have a continuous improvement mindset, monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, technology, and data quality.
+ Uphold excellent time management skills including technical requirements gathering, integration documentation, testing plans, and cut-over plans from a technology perspective and lead stakeholders through these standards

    What You will Be Doing

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice and suggest system improvements for the global HR Technology team. 
  • Implement strategies to maintain consistency and enhance efficiency across regions.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to provide technical solutions which meet business and regulatory needs. 
  • Provide training, support and mentoring to HR technology Analysts. 
  • Stay updated on changes affecting HR systems and provide recommendations to implement innovative improvements. 
  • Analyze HR metrics and advise leadership of proactive corrective actions needed. 
  • Lead projects by identifying gaps in current systems and defining solutions. 
  • Work with HR leadership to understand business needs.

    What We Are Looking For

    Qualifications:

  • 12 years of related experience in HRIS with developing technical expertise with HR Technology with an IT degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience. 
  • Required experience with Workday, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Workday Documents. 
  • Expert-level knowledge and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently on complex issues. 
  • Proven leadership in teams or projects.

    The Role Offers:
  • Leverage over 10 years of experience to lead customers through all project phases of Workday HCM Implementation, from discovery to deployment.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and proficiency in Core HR, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Integration & Reporting within the Workday application.
  • Offer valuable advice to customers on fully integrating the Workday system within their business environment and with 3rd-party systems.

  • Take ownership of HR Solution implementation, creating data architecture, and providing best practices consulting expertise in architectural strategy and implementation.
  • Ensure the incorporation of security principles into all technology strategies and solutions developed.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams such as Data Migration, Configuration, Tenant builds, and Integration to achieve seamless coordination and project delivery.

  • Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Workday HCM, particularly in Core HR, Recruiting, Absence & Time Tracking, Payroll, Integration, and Reporting.
  • Certification in Core HR for Workday is essential, and additional certifications in relevant sub-modules (Recruiting, Absence, UK Payroll, US Payroll) are highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of localization and legislative requirements, especially in the UK/US context.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues and presenting clear and commercially compelling plans.
  • Essential Qualifications:
