+ Provide expert technical advice and suggest system improvements for the global HR Technology team.
+ Implement strategies to maintain consistency and enhance efficiency across regions.

**What We Are Looking For**
**Qualifications:**
+ 12 years of related experience in HRIS with developing technical expertise with HR Technology with an IT degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
+ Required experience with Workday, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Workday Documents.
+ Expert-level knowledge and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently on complex issues.
+ Proven leadership in teams or projects.

This role plays a critical part in executing the security vision and strategy defined by the VP, Workday Security and Compliance Lead. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain scalable Workday security models across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Workday Adaptive, in alignment with the strategic direction set by the VP Workday Security and Compliance Lead
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday security frameworks, including domain and business process security policies, security groups, and user access management.
Support Workday security architecture reviews and contribute technical recommendations to enhance security posture.
Collaborate with HR, Global Cyber Security, Global Technology Services, and Compliance teams to define and refine access controls, user provisioning, and segregation of duties.
Execute security configuration changes and maintain documentation for architecture, policies, and procedures.
Conduct audits and risk assessments under the guidance of the Compliance Lead, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations, ensuring security considerations are addressed.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workday security professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security architecture.
Strong technical knowledge of Workday security frameworks and modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking).
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Pro in Security) are a plus.
