• Domain curiosity: Ability to quickly learn how different business functions operate and to propose fit for purpose AI automations.
• Problem solving and drive: Strong analytical skills, a bias for experimentation and a commitment to staying current with AI advances.
• Communication and collaboration: Understand the pain points of each role talking to people. Translate technical concepts to non-technical peers; gather requirements and run training sessions.
• Adaptability and time management: Juggle multiple mini-projects, iterate fast, and thrive amid evolving AI toolchains.
• Ethical and responsible AI mindset : Proactively consider data privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance when designing agents or liaise with the Tech Team to create the right AI solutions.
• Growth mindset: Stay current with LLM/agent advances, experiment with new frameworks, and share learnings across the organization.
• Able to work autonomously and take the initiative: Involves proactively managing tasks, solving problems independently, and driving projects forward without needing constant supervision.
