We are looking for an experienced Tollgate Governance Lead to drive and manage tollgate compliance across enterprise workflow automation projects. This role is responsible for establishing a structured governance process, ensuring readiness at key project milestones, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to maintain delivery quality. Key Responsibilities

Tollgate Governance & Compliance

Design, implement, and maintain the tollgate process framework aligned with Agile or SDLC methodologies.

Facilitate stage-gate reviews across project phases—Requirements, Design, Build, QA, UAT, and Deployment.

Ensure review and approval of all mandatory artifacts before each phase transition.

Maintain standard templates, checklists, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and process compliance.

Workflow Platform Alignment

Partner with platform-specific teams (Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, etc.) to validate architectural readiness and compliance at each tollgate.

Review technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, data models, integrations, and test results.

Qualifications
