Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in workforce optimization or operations.
- Proven experience in building or contributing to Agentic AI or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong command of:
- SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Expertise in data storytelling —translating complex data into business-friendly insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
- Experience working with workforce tools like Kronos , Saviom , or Replicon .
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics , or a related field (Master’s preferred).
