Position Summary: The Sr. Director of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) & M365 Services is responsible for leading the strategic planning, delivery, and management of Microsoft 365 (M365) services and endpoint device management across the organization. This role ensures the efficient deployment, adoption, and optimization of the M365 suite, including collaboration, communication, and productivity tools as well as a seamless and secure experience for end users while enabling business productivity through the efficient deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of devices, applications, and related technologies. **Qualifications**
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
+ 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years managing M365 and endpoint management or similar enterprise productivity solutions.
+ Strong expertise in the M365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, Unified Endpoint Management platforms, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Jamf, or VMware Workspace ONE

Our goal is to improve the state of the art even further in key business processes for a distributed team: hiring, collaboration, communication, learning, documentation, development, and open source development. What you will do:
- Design and deliver web-based systems and SAAS
- Provide new insights into the Canonical workplace experience
- Enable new processes and improve existing workflows
- Collaborate proactively with a distributed team
- Write high-quality code to create new features
- Debug issues and produce high-quality code to fix them
