Description:
- As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing multiple team leaders who manages operators (internal and external subcontractors) engaged in the mechanical and electrical installations.
- Your role will involve ensuring that all team leaders are fully aware of the technical characteristics of each project while providing support to resolve any questions or issues that arise, either directly or by coordinating with engineering support.
- You will collaborate with various departments linked to production, including Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse (Materials Management), Industrialization, Quality and Health & Safety with a strong focus on maintaining order and cleanliness within the plant, as well as ensuring the safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
- Interpretation and executions of 2D and 3D plans.
- Minimum 8 years of supervisory role experience managing multiple team leaders/members
- Good Communicator along with Local Language proficiency.
