• We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Schneider Electric team. The Plant specializes in Standard & Engineering to Order (ETO) solutions within the Secure Power Division, focusing primarily on prefabricated data centers and power modules for the Data Center sector.

• A natural leader with experience managing and developing multiple teams in a Job type manufacturing setting, ideally with prior experience in prefabricated modular systems, data centers, or related industries.

Description:

• As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing multiple team leaders who manages operators (internal and external subcontractors) engaged in the mechanical and electrical installations.
• Your role will involve ensuring that all team leaders are fully aware of the technical characteristics of each project while providing support to resolve any questions or issues that arise, either directly or by coordinating with engineering support.
• You will collaborate with various departments linked to production, including Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse (Materials Management), Industrialization, Quality and Health & Safety with a strong focus on maintaining order and cleanliness within the plant, as well as ensuring the safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
• Interpretation and executions of 2D and 3D plans.
• Minimum 8 years of supervisory role experience managing multiple team leaders/members
• Good Communicator along with Local Language proficiency.

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, and efficiency are met.
• Supervise and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards on the shop floor.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime and waste.
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production machinery and equipment.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and materials, to optimize production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, scrap, and downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control and maintenance departments to ensure product integrity and equipment reliability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence among the production team.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and encourage safe working practices among all staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a production team effectively.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety procedures.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
