Job Description:

• Experience in domestic & international Yan Sales & Marketing
• Plan & strategize target achievement.
• To achieve top & bottom line targets.
• To develop & manage key accounts.
• To coordinate with production, dispatch & quality department.
• Regular visits and communication with the buyers for new market trends and directions.
• Keep the office updated on the changing market trends
• Maintain a pulse on the buyers buying patterns and financial condition.
• To be able to give a tentative spot costing during buyer meetings
• Have a good knowledge of yarn and products and be able to work with the team on buyer requirements.
• Needs to be well spoken, well presented, good communication skills, both oral and written and must be organized.
• Willing to travel extensively in India & Overseas

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of various dyed yarn categories—such as cationic, spun-dyed, polyester, and full-dull—to clients across apparel, home furnishing, industrial, and textile sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and textile manufacturers; identify new clients and expand customer base.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable yarn solutions, ensuring alignment with quality standards and application needs.
• Collaborate with production and QC teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, adherence to specifications, and smooth delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing; report insights and opportunities to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Commerce, Business, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales within textiles or yarn industry.
• Strong knowledge of synthetic yarn types (e.g., cationic, spun-dyed) and their applications. 
• Proven ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.
