Primary duties include:
• Publisher Management: Publisher Profit/Loss Management
• Communication: Key Communicator and Liaison with Publisher and Internal Departments related to publisher needs and monetization
• Technical Q/A: Ensure Ad Requests and Inventory Settings are optimal and work with Dev on Publisher Releases
• Publisher Ad Lay-out: Provide Publisher Ad Lay-out Recommendations based upon products and ad requests to maximize yield and publisher KPI’s.
• Publisher On/Boarding: Work with SSP’s to get sites white listed to get Programmatic Monetization and work with Pub Ops to enhance yield.
• Yield Analysis: Monitor Yield based upon Demand Source by Inventory/Product
• Optimization: Monitor partner and publisher performance and revenue streams to optimize partner set-ups and increase revenue opportunities.
• Ad Operations – Proficient in DFP and SSP System Settings to ensure optimal Yield Set-up, SSP Block List and Flooring
• Reporting: Publisher Weekly KPI’s, Weekly SSP Reporting, Block List Reporting, and Partner Billing and Reconciliation
• PMP Management: work with buyers in creating deals & optimize deals for best performance.
• Data Analysis/Publisher Decks: Analyze Publisher and SSP Data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor

Requirements:
• Under graduate Degree – Finance, Mathematics, Computer Technology, Business Intelligence. MBA and or Masters a Plus…
• 2-3yrs of experience related to Online Advertising/Web Analytics in one, or a combination of the following job functions: Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management, Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, Data Analytics.
• Experience with and an in-depth knowledge of DFP ad server.
• Experience with SSP UI/Applications. Example (Index, OpenX, Appnexus)
• Experience with Header Bidding Ad Tech.
• Experience managing a team
• Experience managing relationships
• Experience a Plus - BI Tools for data manipulation – SQL, Visual Tool –Example Domo, Periscope, Looker, Tableau
