Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience with youth sports teams is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the specific sport(s) being coached.
- Passion for working with children and young adults.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training sessions.
- Understanding of child development and safety protocols.
- First Aid and CPR certification is required (or willingness to obtain).
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Background check clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in a related field is a plus.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and concerns.
- Uphold the organization's mission and values in all aspects of program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in youth sports programming, coaching, or recreation management.
- Strong understanding of various sports, including their rules, basic coaching principles, and safety considerations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate volunteers.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication and project management tools.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Passion for youth development through sports and recreation.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
