+ z/OS SME Lead is a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding Kyndryl technical teams, stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and even the vendors who work with the client.

+ Lead and deliver impactful presentations on Kyndryl Mainframe Managed services.
+ Lead Cross practice Mainframe transformation and Application modernization initiatives.
+ Lead and drive the following activities.

+ Lead and Support Global engagements.
+ Lead Technical health Assessment.
+ Support Major Incidents and RCAs.

+ Own SIPs, Automation, process, Skills, and Accountability.
