We are seeking a skilled Zoho Books Administrator to manage and optimize our financial operations within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Zoho Books, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and seamless integration with other Zoho applications.

Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho Books to meet business financial requirements.

Manage the chart of accounts, tax setups, and financial workflows within Zoho Books.

Ensure timely invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations .

Generate and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports .

Integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho applications like Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, and third-party platforms .

Monitor accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely payments and collections.

Assist in tax compliance, GST/TDS filings, and audit preparation .

Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams on Zoho Books functionalities.

Identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions for automation and process improvement .

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, integrations, and financial discrepancies .

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field .

Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other accounting software .

Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting .

Experience in Zoho Finance Suite (Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Inventory, etc.) is preferred.

Proficiency in automation, integrations, and API usage within Zoho Books is a plus.

Role Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3+ Zoho Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho products (such as Zoho One , Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.), customization capabilities, and a knack for problem-solving. The Zoho Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and other modules.

· Implement workflows, automation, blueprints, and custom functions to streamline business processes.

· Create and maintain custom scripts using Deluge scripting language.

· Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems via APIs and connectors.

· Design reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho to provide actionable insights.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Zoho platform.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

· Provide training and documentation for end-users and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).

· Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integration.

· Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP is a plus.

· Experience in working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.

Implement Zoho Business Solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver effective Zoho solutions.
• Design, develop, implement & manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite & Marketing Cloud to enhance sales, marketing, and customer support processes including end to end workflow automations & reporting.

Integrations & Custom Solutions

• Integrate Zoho ecosystem with each other Zoho products (like Analytics, Creator etc.) for seamless data flow.
• Integrate Systems seamlessly connecting Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow.
• Develop custom solutions using Zoho Creator and scripting tools like Deluge.

Define & Manage Zoho Solutions & Rollouts

• Develop and maintain operational & management data dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support business decisions.
• Manage Projects while defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring on-time and quality execution.
• Provide support while troubleshooting issues, maintain Zoho systems, implement improvements for enhanced functionality.

Lead From Front

• Lead and mentor team members & oversee their deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest updates and features within the Zoho platform and evaluate new technologies for continuous system improvement.
• Act as a technical liaison for clients and teams, delivering presentations, status updates, and technical documentation, trainings.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development & deployment.
• Minimum of 5 years specializing in Zoho implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years specializing in designing, customizing & deployment of Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator & Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

Must Haves
