Consultant - Technical Implementations will be responsible for Technical Implementation, successful onboarding of clients and managing post-onboarding issues to ensure seamless customer experience.

What will you do?

  • Manage technical projects, installation and configuration for all new customers.

  • Knowledge of the IT Security concepts, particularly Digital Certificates, Encryption, Digital Signature, Confidentiality and Integrity.
  • Solid hands-on experience working with Cloud Infrastructure technologies like VPN Gateway, Load Balancer, Container Orchestration, Data Storage etc.

  • Design and implement security solutions, including MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools, based on customer needs and business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients during the presales cycle.
  • Assist in creating and customizing proposals, responses to RFPs, and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments, configurations, and implementations of cybersecurity products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during presales and post-sales phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the cybersecurity domain, particularly related to MDM, RMM, and Patch Management.
  • Support clients in managing and securing devices, networks, and endpoints.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient implementation of solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a focus on MDM (Mobile Device Management), RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management), or Patch Management tools.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and protocols for device management, remote monitoring, and patching.
  • Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting MDM solutions such as AirWatch, MobileIron, or Microsoft Intune.
  • Familiarity with RMM and Patch Management tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer engagements, presentations, and demos.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, solve problems quickly, and work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Desired Skills :

  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or any other relevant cybersecurity certifications.

OVERVIEW

This role reports directly to the Associate Director, Technical Services, TransPerfect Life Sciences Solutions. The Technical Project Manager I is responsible for leading system implementation projects for Life Sciences clients, providing mentorship and guidance to the Technical Services client onboarding team, and will be required to meet all client timelines and deliverables, as well as work in conjunction with the Project Management, Business Development, and Development teams. This position could have a Technical focus or Project focus.


DESCRIPTION

  • Assign and oversee Technical Services and Configuration Team members as points of contact for all new and existing clients
  • Respond to internal requests for new project initiatives;
    collaborate with various members of the Production and Sales teams to assess the scope of work and produce cost estimates
  • Be an expert in Trial Interactive features and functionality
  • Work with the Professional Services and Development teams to recommend new features and functionality to improve the product and reduce manual activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients undergoing the onboarding/configuration process Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
  • Offer recommendations to new clients for improving performance gaps and by utilizing Trial Interactive system capabilities to increase efficiencies and achieve best practice standards
  • Advise new clients on the use of Trial Interactive software to best fit their individual needs, based on best practices and client specific use cases
  • Lead and mentor junior team members
  • Serve as the secondary point of escalation for issues regarding configurations and related client onboarding, as needed.
  • Represent the Technical Services team as Subject Matter Expert (SME) as requested
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of the Trial Interactive product suite, with a concentration in Study Start Up (SSU), Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), Collaborative Workspace, and Content Management System, among others
  • Knowledge of clinical development phases and processes
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system implementation, technology project management, or system configuration
  • Experience creating and delivering client presentations.
  • Experience leading a team or teams


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO experience preferred)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
