A renowned Refrigeration and Engineering Company of SAUDI ARABIA is looking for INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee electrical installations and projects for industrial facilities.
• Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, machinery, and industrial equipment.
• Supervise electrical works during plant erection and commissioning phases.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings to guide installations and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead a team of electricians, engineers, and technicians; assign tasks, provide training, and monitor progress.
• Diagnose faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, MCCs, and power systems, and carry out timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with mechanical and instrumentation teams to ensure integrated system performance.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and project documentation.
• Drive to various project or plant sites for on-site supervision and support.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, including maintenance and project supervision.

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting industrial automation systems, control panels, and power distribution networks.

• Experience with plant erection, cable routing, panel wiring, and equipment installation

Preferred Certifications:

• Licensed Electrician (as per local regulatory requirements)

• Electrical Safety Training / High Voltage Certification

• PLC Programming Knowledge (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) – a plus

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Our Requirements: -

Position – Zonal Manager

Number of Vacancy- 1

Location – Bihar (Remote)

Qualification – DIPLOMA/BTECH (electrical/civil)

Experience – Min 8 Years In project planning, billing, liaison & 3 Years in Solar Project execution

Salary – Open & Negotiable.

Role & Responsibility: -

Take full ownership of solar EPC project execution across the Bihar zone.

Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality.

Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and execution teams for smooth project flow.

Manage site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Supervise and guide engineers, contractors, and field teams at multiple project sites.

Handle client coordination, documentation, work progress reports, and billing activities.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance at all levels of execution.

Identify on-site challenges and provide immediate solutions.

Track material movement, project milestones, and generate daily/weekly MIS.

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Supervise operation and preventive maintenance of electrical systems (substations, transformers, panels, etc.)
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving practices.
• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all facilities within the zone.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and restoration in coordination with the field team.

• Oversee planning and execution of electrical infrastructure projects (new installations, upgrades, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters.

3. Team Management

• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians in the zone.
• Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve team capabilities.
