Key Account Managers are responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing bank’s liability base, servicing walk-in-customers and covering all the needs of the mapped clients

Responsibilities

• To acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
• To grow the liability base (CASA / FD) of the bank by deepening relationships of mapped customer base
• To sell bank and third party products like LI, GI, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans etc.
• To service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products
• To meet / call mapped clients for client servicing needs and new products cross sell
• To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
• To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2 years' of relevant work experience in selling of financial products is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Age within 30 years preferred

Additional requirements:

 Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications

 Candidate with experience working in Banking sales based role will be preferred

Relationship Manager Select is responsible for managing existing customers of the bank as well as growing the base by acquiring new to bank customers; and are supposed to service all banking needs of mapped clients

Essential requirement: Graduate / Post Graduate, preferred exposure to financial subjects (Preferred: Post Graduate in Finance / Commerce)

Qualifications

· 4-6 years of work experience in the banking industry

· 2 years of relevant experience as Relationship Manager

Additional requirements:

· Valid AMFI / IRDA Certifications; If validity has expired – old certificates may be considered

· Candidate with experience working in an sales based incentive role, will be preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Lead with 7–10 years of experience in sourcing infrastructure-related commodities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in steel procurement—Structural steel, TMT, Puff panels, PPGL, GI—and exposure to GFRP (bars/mesh), Ceramic, Fiber, and CP. This role plays a critical part in shaping our category sourcing strategy across India by leveraging supplier and distributor networks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Category sourcing strategy for above commodities across all geographies in India with supplier/distributor ecosystem/networking in all areas.
• Sourcing, Negotiation, Contract Management & Vendor Management.

Skills/Qualifications

• Excellent communications: internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills – ability to build strong networking, relationships with suppliers/manufacturers/marketplace-aggregators/platform sellers etc. on favourable terms, based on nuances of a start-up environment.
• Analytical skills – Strong ability/displayed track record on data analytics, market intelligence (its impact and decision basis on its inputs).

Education

• B.Tech with 7–10 years of experience
• MBA with 5–7 years of experience from reputed colleges
