**Job Purpose**
The Technical executive managing the Cocoa operations at Andhra Pradesh locations should be able to deliver as per the job responsibilities listed below which will ensure effective involves the promotion of cocoa crop among farmers, training Cocoa GAP, Management of nurseries, Cocoa Life activities, Cocoa procurement, quality control and bean dispatch to factories. The resource should be good at Agronomy, Horticulture, Farmer training and extensive field visits, Nursery management, networking with farming & rural communities. The resource should be a committed team person building strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders. The person should be committed towards fulfilling Mondelez's policies and compliance requirements and implement Cocoa Life initiatives towards achieving economic, social, and environmental sustainability.

+ Cocoa Area development - Farmer identification and New area identification
+ Cocoa Crop Science - Nursery Management, P&D management, Agronomy, Extension and farmer retention
+ Cocoa Procurement - Should support TPOs in cocoa procurement and effectively train farmers on Post-Harvest and Quality management
+ Cocoa Life Program - Involve in Cocoa Life programs like CDP,SHPI, YFS, Agro-forestry,CSR and Sustainability program
+ People management- Cocoa Nursery and TPO collection staff, workers education on quality requirement.
+ Implementing Sustainability and Safety Initiatives.
+ Statutory compliance requirements Liaisoning with Govt depts including FSSAI and other licences as required
**Education / Certifications:**

Bsc. Agriculture/ Horticulture/Forestry or Msc in Botany
Knowledge of South Indian languages ideally Telugu & Hindi are essential.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Security Officer to oversee and implement security operations across our activated carbon plant. The role involves ensuring the safety of personnel, materials, equipment, and premises, monitoring entry/exit, supervising security staff, handling emergency response, and maintaining vigilance in a rural industrial setup. Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Police Officers with strong leadership and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Plant & Asset Security
- Supervise and control entry/exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
- Monitor movement of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and spares through gate pass systems.
- Conduct regular patrols across factory, warehouses, staff quarters, and open-yard areas.
Surveillance & Monitoring
- Oversee CCTV, alarm systems, and access control devices.
- Investigate and report suspicious activities, theft, or violations.
- Maintain visitor registers, material inward/outward records, and security logbooks.
Team Supervision
- Lead, train, and discipline a team of security guards, time-office assistants, and gate operators.
- Prepare shift rosters to ensure 24x7 vigilance.
- Conduct regular briefings on guard duties, emergency protocols, and communication procedures.
Emergency Response & Compliance
- Coordinate evacuation drills, fire safety response, and first aid support.
- Liaise with local police/fire departments in case of incidents.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, EHS guidelines, and company security SOPs.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Maintain records for audits and insurance purposes.
- Support HR/Admin in enforcing discipline, attendance monitoring, and visitor policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Security Management or related field
- Ex-Servicemen / Ex-Police personnel highly preferred
Experience:
- 5–12 years in industrial security management, preferably in:
- Manufacturing / Process Industry / Large Warehouses / Industrial Estates
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and surveillance systems

The role involves operating machinery such as crushers, elevators, conveyors, rotary kilns, screeners, and packing units, ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and safe workplace practices. Operators will work closely with production engineers and maintenance teams to maintain continuous 24x7 operations.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Operate granulation machinery including saw tooth crushers, hammer mills, elevators, and conveyors.
- Monitor rotary kiln operation parameters (temperature, feed rate, steam injection, draft).
- Handle post-activation machines such as destoners, screeners, and crushers.
- Operate packing line equipment – weighing, stitching, sealing, and bag handling.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Record hourly readings of temperature, pressure, speed, and output.
